OKAMI offers fast shipping to all European countries and most countries worldwide. 

Processing and delivery time:

• Once payment is received, your order will be processed immediately by our system.
• Delivery will take place within 1–3 working days.

Shipping service provider:

• Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark: Shipping via DPD.
• All other countries: Shipping via DHL.
• Delivery to German DHL Packstation: Only possible when shipping via DHL.
• All orders include a tracking number.

Shipping costs (B2C):

• Germany:
  • DPD: €6,90
  • DHL: €9,95
• Commercial customers B2B (Germany): Shipping via DPD for 11,80 €.

Delivery time:

• Germany: 1-2 working days

International Shipping: 

• Delivery time may vary between 3 and 6 business days (for orders to European countries) depending on your location.
• Shipping costs to all other countries will be displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your order.
